 Mold Design & Mold Making
Our design specialists and engineers use advanced computer technology and precise equipment. We begin mold-making early on by working with you to determine the manufacturability of a design. We'll also help establish performance criteria for the finished part. We can generate detailed tooling designs, part prints and specifications from your prototype, or your 2D or 3D CAD files.
Our master mold-makers give you the best of both worlds: leading edge processing and equipment, and the skill of experienced craftsmen. Equipment and software support include CAM stations, CNC digitizing and multi-axis CNC milling.

Quality Assurance
Each of our Asian partner companies has QC procedures that are some the best in the industry. We conduct 100% product testing of the final product and have various QC checkpoints throughout the production line. We enforce strict quality control throughout the entire production process. All items must fulfill the minimum AQL standards.
Sourcing
In addition to all of our manufacturing capabilities, we are capable of sourcing virtually any existing item throughout the Orient. We have worked with numerous suppliers and manufacturing firms in China, Taiwan and Korea. For most existing products, we find multiple manufacturers, ensuring competitive pricing and the highest possible quality.
